The prestigious Vice Chancellor's Innovation and Enterprise Scholarship has been designed to support ambitious and talented graduates from the UK to undertaken postgraduate study at Aston University.
Situated in the heart of what will become the new Birmingham Innovation Quarter (B-IQ), Aston University is committed to developing the next generation of leaders in industry, technology and healthcare. This scholarship is aimed at graduates who are looking to make a difference by developing specialist skills, becoming an expert in their field or starting their own company.
Funds are available to:
Enrolled postgraduate students who have successfully applied for and been awarded the Vice Chancellor's Innovation and Enterprise Scholarship.
Funds are made available to you via the ASTON JOURNEY portal.
This is a contribution towards the cost of living during the time of your studies.
Funds can be withdrawn from the ASTON JOURNEY portal as cash to support your travel costs.
If you are eligible for Vice Chancellor's Innovation and Enterprise Scholarship funds, you will receive an email to your university email address as indicated on your application form.

Eligible offer holders do not need to apply. If you are eligible, you will receive an email to your email address (as shown on your UCAS form) with instructions for logging on to the ASTON JOURNEY portal. The email will come from Student.Info@AstonJourney.co.uk.

In certain circumstances the accounts of students may be suspended or closed and any unspent balances removed, e.g. if there is any misconduct in relation to their accounts.
The funds will be paid as online credit which will be uploaded to your individual account on the ASTON JOURNEY portal and can be withdrawn as cash.

These terms and conditions apply only to VICE CHANCELLOR'S INNOVATION AND ENTERPRISE SCHOLARSHIP which is being awarded for the first time in the academic year 2023/24.
VICE CHANCELLOR'S INNOVATION AND ENTERPRISE SCHOLARSHIP funds are awarded to help support the cost of living during the academic year.
VICE CHANCELLOR'S INNOVATION AND ENTERPRISE SCHOLARSHIP funds are available to enrolled postgraduate students who have successfully applied for and been awarded the Vice Chancellor's Innovation and Enterprise Scholarship.
Any unused balances will expire on 31 JULY 2024 and will no longer be available to withdraw or spend at that date.
